       Running a faster marathon requires a lean body with low body fat percentage. I weighed 71 kgs (156 pound) during the start of Jan 2017 before starting training for my Organisation’s Marathon championship in Apr 2017. I looked more like a bodybuilder & wrestler.  We were a team of three runners.
